If possible, please send the raw data files. (Up to 10 images, maximum 50MB total)
Scratches or chips may appear larger when examined with a magnifying glass or loupe. We primarily repair visible damage in the images, but will notify you later if any additional damage is found.
Note: It’s best not to unnecessarily align the cut edges. Glaze may chip, potentially making the repair scar more prominent. Please check for fragments with the pieces slightly separated.
